Recently Cosco Shipping Energy Transportation inked a agreement with PetroChina, according to which the tanker unit of China Cosco Shipping will take control of PetroChina Dalian Marine Shipping. Cosco will get major equity after investment according to the said agreement. Cosco Shipping lines was founded in 1993.
