One of the major oil company, Total SA and automation company Siemens AG,  may sign a deal with Cuba for the construction of a natural gas fired power plant. Siemens AG is one of the largest industrial manufacturing company headquartered at Munich, Germany. Total SA is headquartered at Courbevoie, France.
