01MAY2018 - NEWS - Panama Canal welcomed the first transit of LNG carrier carrying liquified natural gas (LNG) cargo from US to Japan

The Panama Canal welcomed the transit of the LNG carrier (LNG Sakura). This vessel is carrying the first ever liquified natural gas (LNG) cargo from the liquified natural gas terminal  (Dominion Cove Point terminal) in US and it is sailing to reach Japan. This transit of the liquified natural gas (LNG) carrier vessel occured last week.
