02APR2019 - NEWS - Kongsberg of Norway completes acquisition of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine

Kongsberg firm of Norway which has received approval from the European Commission has recently completed the acquisition of the Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine. The $662m deal, which was first announced in July 2018, will now see Kongsberg represented by over 11,000 employees in 40 countries, with an annual turnover of more than $2.56bn.
