Job Responsibility

• First contact point for customer registration on e-commerce platform
• Ensure high data quality and proper customer account setup
• Assess credit and counterparty risk in coordination with internal credit team
• Introduce product updates and new products to customer
• Attend customer queries and feedback concerning e-commerce platform
• Follow up on invoices due to ensure timely payments
• Responsible for all customer account matters
