03DEC2018 - NEWS - Crowley Maritime Corporation to merge its liner services group into Crowley Logistics

Crowley Maritime Corporation recently announced during last week that it plans to complete the merger of its liner services group into Crowley Logistics. According to Crowley merger will provide a singular source for customers to receive end-to-end services, including ocean, land and air transportation; commercial transportation management; supply chain and distribution services; freight forwarding and warehousing; and cargo risk and customs compliance. The restructuring will be completed as of January 1, 2019.
