According to Ocean Bunkering Services (Pte.) Ltd. (OBS), they are going to add 5 bunker barges to their fleet as a part of expansion in Singapore. Singapore region is one of bunkering hub for worldwide bunkering activities. Based in Singapore OBS is a part of Hin Leong Group.
