04APR2019 - NEWS - Kellogg Brown & Root secures contract from Pieridae Energy for the proposed Goldboro LNG facility in Nova Scotia, Canada

Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) has recently secured a contract from Pieridae Energy for the proposed Goldboro LNG facility in Nova Scotia, Canada. KBR will also perform a necessary open-book estimate to enter a lump sum turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the facility, which will produce ten million tonnes a year of LNG. Under the contract, the company will conduct a review of an amended version of the front-end engineering and design (FEED) study prepared earlier for the Goldboro LNG facility. KBR is expected to carry out the work within an 11-month period.
