04MAY2018 - NEWS - Venture Global LNG and Galp Group have entered into 20 year sale and purchase agreement

Recently Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC and Portugal based Galp Group have entered into 20 years sale and purchase agreement (SPA). Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC is a part of Venture Global LNG,Inc. According to the said agreement Galp Group will purchase liquified natural gas (LNG) on free on board (FOB) basis. Galp group is headquartered at Lisbon, Portugal. Galp group will get liquified natural gas from the Venture Global Calcasieu Pass LNG export facility located at Cameron Parish, Louisiana,USA which is under development.
