Middle Office Control for assigned Refined Products, Bunker, Petrochemicals and Crude Oil books:
Responsible for all daily and monthly P/L reporting. 
Monitor and control daily trades and modifications to trades entered for accuracy and reasonableness, particularly those that could change price exposure.
Monitor, control and report daily pricing for physical purchases and sales activities.
Monitor and report physical and paper position and risk exposure versus the authorized limits.
Analyze, reconcile and manage Company’s hedge instruments: Futures, OTC Swaps and Forwards with Company.
Control Authorized Daily Trading Limits and prepare reports for approval by the Trading Desk Manager and Managing Director.
Provide statistical results, trades analysis and support needed to Trading Desks and Management.
Interface with Operations personnel to ensure that all risk- and profit-related data are current and correct.
Reconcile monthly data and accounting system financial results.
Develop analytical programs and management tools; improving spreadsheets, macros and position management.
Participate in new projects development and support.
Candidate profile
Economics/Math/Finance/Energy or similar bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Strong command in English language.
Good skills in Excel (advanced feature)
Fluency in French language is an advantage.
Programming skills (VBA,Python) is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Adaptable, Diplomatic, Team player.
