Job description 

The Job

Coordinate with Ships' Master, ship owners, charterers, managers, port agents and etc for voyages, entry to ports, and loading / unloading of cargoes.
Selection of suitable bunker suppliers through tender bidding; arrange bunjers for ships. 
Handle documentation. Ensure ship and cargo documents are properly accounted and documented to ensure smooth operations.
Keeping track of voyage data, assist managers in collecting and providing data about ships, ports, and LPG tanker market. Report generation.
Check and verify invoices and coordinate payment schedules. Assist in collection of freight and other receivables for timely settlement.

The Talent

Min Diploma
Min 2 years in vessel operations (especially LPG Tanker)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
