A physical trading firm in Dubai, UAE are looking to expand their energy derivatives desk. They are looking for a highly driven individual to join an established team and continue the growth of the business.

Responsibilities for Oil Derivatives Trader - Dubai, UAE role: 

• Analyse and trade a derivatives trading book in Crude/Fuel Oil/Middle Distillates/Light Ends markets 
• Work closely with external counter-parties and physical traders/risk team to track market changes 
• Provide support to the physical traders within the business across pure proprietary derivatives trading and flow/hedging 

Skills / Attributes required for  Oil Derivatives Trader - Dubai, UAE role 

• Experience in the derivatives/spec/prop trading space 
• Strong cross-barrel market experience preferred 
• Have had proven experience in a commodities commercial environment focusing on Energy 
• Be willing to be based in Dubai
