Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for screening E-commerece payment method that involve domestic and overseas transaction.
• Responsible for marketing research, demand analysis, business planning and execution related to payment services.
• Ensure all CIA orders to have paid before supply and inform Operation executive of payment status.
• Work together with product manager to improve the payment system for E-commerce platform, and be able to explain E-commerce payment workflow.
• Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively with third party payment gateway, financial organization and regulatory authorities.
• Get timely updates from these parties and abide by the relevant regulatory policies, law and regulations, payment and settlement.
• Work closely with the commercial teams: trading and sales desk, operations to reconcile payments and system postings.
• Seek management approval via internal approval process for credit note/accounts payable.
• To track and manage invoices overdue.
• To ensure all customers transactions and payments matters are updated in the system.
• To check and work with the operations team and ensure all post-delivery documents and suppliers invoices are accurate and to trigger our invoices to customers.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in accountancy or relevant to economy, finance or business management.
• At least 2 years of working experience that related to E-commerce payment solution. Familier with oversea payment transaction methods, E-commerce business and foreign currency exchange.
• Familier with the relevant policies regards to E-commerce payment and have good understanding to cross-border E-commerce business and market judgement.
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
