Houston based offshore services firm McDermott International has been recently awarded a contract with Australia’s Woodside Energy for the front-end engineering and design of a floating production unit (FPU) at the Scarborough field gas development off Western Australia. The contract includes an option to progress to an engineering, procurement, construction and installation contract should the project be approved for full development.
