Assistant Marine Bunkering MONTROSE FUEL DEPOT – South Quay (Flexible Hours) Highland Fuels Ltd wishes to recruit a Marine Bunkering Assistant working out of our Montrose Depot. Specific responsibilities will include: Assist with setting up marine hoses pre-fuel delivery Monitoring delivery lines and meters during ship refuelling process Maintain radio communication with refuelling operatives Assist with required paperwork direct with vessel Maintaining good relations with bunkering operatives, office staff and customers A flexible approach to work is required to be able to offer assistance at short notice and during holiday periods for our existing marine fuel operatives. This position may appeal to a person wishing to have the opportunity to earn additional salary or to top up their pension. Advance notice of hours required will be managed but assistance will be on a best endeavours basis. For this required flexibility our company is willing to pay an excellent hourly rate along with enhancements during unsocial hours.
