08FEB2019 - NEWS - Navayuga Engineering Company Limited kicks off development work of Machilipatnam Port

Navayuga Engineering Company Limited (NECL) which is the flagship entity of the Indian multinational conglomerate Navayuga Group, has recently formally kicked off the development of Machilipatnam Port, located on the east coast of the country. Hon. Chief Minister Shri N Chandrababu Naidu laid the foundation stone for this new green-field, all-weather multi-purpose port. Spread across 4800 acres, the first phase is expected to be complete and operational in record time of 18 months. Under the contract, Navayuga Engineering Company Limited will develop the port on Build-Own-Operate-Transfer basis for a period of 50-year.
