Relatively young but fast growing company in the shipping industry, looking for a senior accountant/financial controller to be based in Limassol office.
 Ideal candidate will have:
Between 5 – 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience
Good working knowledge of Cyprus accounting software
Previous experience in senior accounting roles and hence able to assume organisation and management of bookkeeping, management reporting, various processes and accounting practices for group companies
Knowledge of the following sectors will be beneficial: chartering, shipmanagement, marine fuel supply and trading
Prepare consolidated IFRS accounts on quarterly basis for reporting to external parties
Prepare regular accounting reports for senior management on weekly and monthly basis
Liaise with external parties: banks, insurance companies, clients’ accounting departments, auditors, fiduciary and legal advisors
Compensation at market rate with potential to grow further as business expands and  responsibilities grow
