09MAR2018 - NEWS - US based ship building company VT Halter starts construction on LNG ATB

Recently Pascagoula, US based ship building company VT Halter initiated construction for the first U.S. liquefied natural gas articulated tug/barge unit (LNG ATB). This LNG ATB will be owned by New Orleans based Q-LNG company and it is scheduled to be delivered during first quarter of 2020. Founded in 2002 VT Halter is a part of ST Engineering & VT Systems.
