We have an increased focus on legal and regulatory compliance globally to support our business, thus we are looking for a skilled and ambitious Analyst who can support our organisation in Compliance, Legal and HR Legal matters. You will be responsible for proactively ensuring that our activities remain in legal and regulatory compliance both now and in the future.

Job description
As Compliance/Legal/HR Legal Analyst with responsibility for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance in Monjasa’s business activities, you will be part of a leading international company working always in line with Monjasa’s values: respect, curiosity, ambition and smile & joy.

You will refer to the Head of Compliance and work closely with the global Compliance team with a dotted reporting line to the Managing Director of Americas.

We are looking for a person with passion for Compliance and Legal, and with a positive and supporting attitude.
 
General Daily Tasks

• Support and advise the trading floor to ensure day-to-day compliance
• Analyse regulatory developments, new compliance legislation and market developments and provide recommendations to the organization
• Prepare and deliver compliance training
• Draft, update, and improve Monjasa’s compliance policy framework
• Support our Legal group function in DK in various matters
• Facilitate HR processes in regard to job offers, contracts, Visa, and other relevant matters related to labor law
• Coordinate Compliance, Legal and HR Legal advice to local management 

The ideal candidate - professional skills

• Min. 3 years of experience from a Legal or Compliance function in an international company
• Bachelor of laws as a minimum
• Experience from the maritime or oil/gas sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of the following standards is an advantage – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Communication (verbal and written) in English and Spanish on a professional level is required
