Job description
Glander International Bunkering is looking for a skilled candidate to assist in administration and accounting. As an Accountant, you will be a part of our accounting team and provide support in all areas of accounting which require a service-minded and structured approach towards all stakeholders. You will report to the Accounting Manager and the Managing Director in our office in Florida.

In more details your assignments will include:

• Responsible for accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Assist with sales invoicing and archiving
• Assist with monthly reporting and annual accounts, follow-up on accounts and costs, follow-up on AR and AP
• Reconcile bank and other sub ledgers (AP, AR and fixed assets)
• Manage incoming mail to our general inbox
• Maintaining an orderly filing system
• Cross-departmental support and other ad hoc tasks (e.g., office supply ordering, making travel arrangements, support event planning, etc.)

• Relevant degree in Accounting and Bookkeeping (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 2 years accounting-related experience
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
