Seven Seas Oil is a privately owned marine fuel supplies and trading company, being a physical bunkering supplier in the ports of Singapore and Hong Kong.

Our Seven Seas Oil (Hong Kong) office is currently looking for high caliber candidates with the initiative to make a difference for our company for the following position:

Scope
We are looking for a personal (Operations Executive) to assist our Operations team in the day to day running of daily bunkering operations.

Responsibility

• Liaison with shipping agents and providing timely updates with the daily schedules for bunker activities.
• Communication with our customers for operational updates
• Handle daily functions relating to the back office support for the sales of bunkers
• Other ad hoc assignments
   

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in any discipline
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Knowledge of Putonghua is preferable
• Proficient in using MS office application and the internet for research
• Pleasant personality with a positive thinking and able to perform under pressure.
• Shipping experience or knowledge is preferable
