A fire broke out onboard roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) ship Grande San Paolo after it was hit by a runaway truck in Brazil on 09 April. The Grimaldi Group-operated vessel was docked at the Port of Santos at the time of the incident. he truck with no one at the wheel speed away under power and collided with the 214-meter ship. The fire was successfully extinguished by fire services and the vessel sustained only slight damage.
