Cosco Shipping of China has recently received approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to complete its planned acquisition of shipping company Orient Overseas International Limited (OOIL). Founded during 1969, Orient Overseas International Limited is a logistics company headquartered at Hong Kong.
