12JUL2018 - NEWS - Singapore gains top position as world's best shipping centre as per the index published by Baltic Exchange and a news agency of China

According to the index International Shipping Centre Development (ISCD) which is published by the Baltic Exchange and Chinese news agency Xinhua, Singapore has topped the 2018 International Shipping Centre Development (ISCD) Index as the world’s best shipping centre for the fifth year in a row.
