14FEB2019 - NEWS - Chevron U.S.A. Inc. inks new sale and purchase agreement with GS Caltex for the delivery of LNG

Chevron U.S.A. Inc. has recently signed a sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with GS Caltex Corp. for the delivery of LNG to South Korea from Chevron’s global supply portfolio. As a joint venture (JV) between Chevron and GS Energy, GS Caltex has signed a long-term agreement and will begin receiving LNG in October this year. Chevron has an existing LNG SPA with GS Caltex that was signed in 2009. Founded during 1922, Chevron U.S.A. Inc. is headquartered at San Ramon, California, United States.
