Baltic Exchange issues BCIY value on daily basis. On 15 Jan 2018, the Baltic Tanker Clean Index (BCIY) was down 19 points (-3.26%) to a level of 583.00 as compared to the level (602.00) on 12 Jan 2018.

Basically Baltic indices tracks the costing of moving materials via sea. The 3 major indices includes  - Baltic Dry Index (BDI) which tracks the freight rates of bulk commodities and provides the assessment of the price of moving raw materials like coal/iron by sea, Baltic Tanker Dirty Index (BDIY) which tracks rates for crude oil and the Baltic Tanker Clean Index (BCIY) for tracking of petroleum products.
