Develop strategies and tactics to achieve the commercial and profitability targets of the company. Manage the implementation of various programs to achieve the operational objectives of the department covering government, wholesales, industrial sales, international sales (Bunker and aviation), card marketing, lubricants, quality control and technical service.  

Manage the activities of all employees in the commercial marketing department providing direction, planning, development, counseling and discipline.
Develop strategic objectives and a budget to implement the company’s commercial Marketing strategies and plans. Once these have been discussed with and approved by the management, implements them, providing Executive Management with reports on sales results.   
Manage financial risks in relation to the company’s commercial marketing activities, ensuring the efficient implementation of procedures for the minimization of risk, including reviewing and approving various mechanisms such as bank guarantees, exemptions, cash conditions and other options. Follow up on major payments and tasks decisions on continued supply when necessary.   
Provide functional management to each of the department’s operational areas. Ensures that the performance of each section (Wholesales, industrial Sales, International Sales, Card Marketing, Lubricants, Quality Control and Technical Services) meets the key performance indicators set for each, and initiates corrective action when this is not the case.
Agree company lube oil objective and plans including market sales, product line and mix, pricing and margins by product by package.
Set training and development plans for department staff to ensure high work performance.

Qualifications an skills:

BSC. In Engineering or Marketing
15 years marketing experience in the oil industry including distribution, lubricants and technical.
Leadership skills
Communication skills
Negotiation and selling skills
Initiative and drive
Strategic vision
Fluency in English
