17APR2018 - NEWS - Total buys upstream assets of Engie LNG, Titan LNG acquires Engie LNG Solutions BV responsible for downstream activites

According to the annoucement from one of the representatives of the European Commission, Total has purchased Engie’s portfolio of upstream LNG assets which includes LNG sales and purchase agreements along with liquified natural gas (LNG) carrier fleet. Titan LNG has acquired Engie LNG Solutions BV which is responsible for downstream activites in Belgium and Netherlands. Engie was created in 2008 by the merger of two groups.
