MAIN JOB PURPOSE

• To ensure that bunkering and ship-to-ship (STS) operations, including LNG STS operations, carried out within areas under the jurisdiction of the Authority are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in full compliance with the relevant applicable Laws and Regulations.
• To assist the Harbour Master and Deputy Harbour Master as required.
• To develop and maintain Codes of Practice for Bunkering and STS Operations
• To act as the Ports and Yachting Directorate focal point for all matters relating to STS, Bunkering operations and tanker operations.
