We at Glander International Bunkering make education a priority and ensure our Trader Trainees receive a thorough understanding of the fundamental concepts of the bunker industry. 

Upon completion of the Trader Trainee programme, you will be prepared for the expectations and responsibilities of a Bunker and Lubricant Trader. If you are successful in the programme, you will be offered a full-time position in one of our affiliated offices worldwide and furthermore will have the option to relocate.

• Establish new accounts (cold calling)
• Follow up on enquiries
• New customer outlook and initiate contact
• Maintain and nurture a stable customer portfolio
• Understand customer needs, negotiate price and close deals
• Coordinate with local ports and supply agents to manage delivery

The ideal candidate

• You have completed your upper secondary education
• Speak, read and write English fluently, preferably also Spanish
• Self-starter and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail in day-to-day tasking
• Desire to travel and work independently
