Shell Oman Marketing Company has recently signed an agreement with Port of Duqm in Oman to develop fuel bunkering facilities, including a bunkering terminal, to provide fuels and lubricants as well as other services to vessels calling at the port. With new global bunker regulations coming into effect as from 2020, Port of Duqm plans to take full advantage of its prime location as well as the availability of the right fuel specs and offer prime bunker services.
