18SEP2018 - NEWS - DP World receives six forklift trucks from Konecranes at Jebel Ali Port

DP World has recently received six forklift trucks from Konecranes at its terminal at Jebel Ali Port in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The delivery of the Konecranes SMV16-1200C trucks was made to the DP World Jebel Ali Terminal 1 and follows an order placed by DP World in November. The trucks are equipped with overload protection system and Groeneveld Greensight reverse system to meet with DP World’s safety requirements. Greensight reverse system is an obstacle detection system that combines a reverse camera with ultrasound sensors.
