20APR2018 - NEWS - Port of Antwerp, Belgium handled record number of containers during first quarter of this year

Due to the strong growth in the container volumes, the Port of antwerp, Belgium recorded its best quarter ever with freight volume around fifty eight tonnes. Port of Antwerp is the second largest European seaport. At the end of first quarter on 31 Mar this year the number of containers handled rose by around 2.4 percent as compared to same period last year.
