Job Description

• Using standard Chartering contracts
• Plan voyage
• Calculate the costs involved
• Organise clerance and dispatch of ships
• Handle ship and cargo-related documents
• Handle damage and insurance cases, should the need arise
• Use company online Encommerce platform for Container Ships Chartering Activities for own or third party ships
• Act as online Chartering Broker

Qualification
Advance Diploma or Degree or CoC in Maritime Studies

Experience 

• Must have worked in Shipping companies in Chartering related Dept.
• Experience in following Container Ships Chartering activites:
• Voyage Charter
• Contract of Affreightment/Voyage Charter
• Bareboat Charter or Demise Charter

Ability

• Self Disciplined, Motivated with Management Skills work as a Team member.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are therefore essential for for this role, while an analytical and proactive nature can also prove useful.
