21MAR2019 - NEWS - Ocean Tankers of Singapore acquires a 2001 built VLCC Sea Horizon from owner China’s Agritrade

Ocean Tankers of Singapore which is one of the Asia’s largest VLCC owner, has taken an ageing VLCC for $22.5m. The 2001-built Sea Horizon purchase also marks a shipowner exit for its erstwhile owner, China’s Agritrade. The new addition for Ocean Tankers is vintage compared to its other 14 VLCCs that have an average age of just nine years.
