22APR2019 - NEWS - Plant Overhauls by U.S. Refiners

According to US Energy Information Administration, US oil refiners are planning plant overhauls. There is 8 to 9 % decrease in total  production as compared to early this year. In order to meet new standards to low sulfur, refiners has planned maintenance schudeled early time. Refiners have been revamping their plants to make IMO 2020 compliant fuel.
