THE JOB & TRAINEE PROGRAM
Your journey will be kicked off by entering a 6 weeks comprehensive and global trainee program in our head office in Middelfart, Denmark. Upon completion of the program in Denmark, a dedicated mentor within the trading team will be assigned. Your mentor will take the lead in your theoretical learning, providing detailed training on the industry. You will be offered tailored training opportunities both outsourced and in-house where we have developed our own long-term training program as well as our own international business academy. You will be introduced to the trading tools, platform and network, and you will establish an understanding of the market as well as develop your own relationships and sourcing channels. More specifically the day to day tasks include:

• Conducting market research, order handling and various other tasks related to trading
• Participating in client and supplier visits and approaching new business
• Day to day trading of bunker fuel and working closely with both internal as well as external stakeholders

YOUR BACKGROUND AND PROFILE INCLUDE

• Bachelor business degree or similar
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills such as Russian will be an advantage
• 1-2 years of working experience within a sales environment
• A successful sales person who likes to win
• A social individual with a proactive approach to sales
• An ambitious person with a high level of energy and drive
