THE JOB & TRAINEE PROGRAM
You will enter a 6 months trainee program which includes a dedicated mentor within the trading team who will take the lead in your theoretical learning, providing detailed training on the industry. You will be offered tailored training opportunities both outsourced and in-house where we have developed our own long-term training program as well as our own international business academy. You will be introduced to the trading tools, platform and network, and you will establish an understanding of the market as well as develop your own relationships and sourcing channels. More specifically the day to day tasks include:

Conducting market research, order handling and various other tasks related to trading
Participating in client and supplier visits and approaching new business
Exposure to day to day trading of bunker fuel and work closely with both internal as well as external stakeholders

YOUR BACKGROUND AND PROFILE INCLUDE

Bachelor’s Degree or similar

• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills will be an advantage
• A successful salesperson who likes to win
• A social creature and with a proactive approach to sales
• An ambitious individual with a high level of energy
