Dan-Bunkering is looking for an Office Assistant who can assist with the daily tasks and routines in order to ensure that our office runs efficiently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the office is tidy and presentable
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, client/supplier events, etc.
  • Manage travel arrangements for traders going on client visits/travels
  • Send reminders to suppliers for missing invoices
  • Order office supplies and beverages  
  • Manage our junior clerks
  • Assist our sales supporter when required
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • Submit and balance expense reports for traders
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed
  • Various ad hoc tasks

The ideal candidate is a proactive, outgoing, service minded, tidy and detail-oriented person who is comfortable with multitasking.  Furthermore, excellent organizational and time management skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 13:00 including a 30-minute lunch break. During periods with lower activity, working hours may be reduced, however, they may also be increased in connection with e.g. client events in or out of office.
