The call for bunkers at the Brazilian port of Paranagua are once again permitted after being prohibited by the Port Authority for over a year. The bunker call operations have been resumed according to new regulation issued by Port Authority. According to the new regulations, it is of utmost importance that agents must comply with new rules for vessels that will be supplied in the anchorage areas.
