23JAN2019 - NEWS - Tsakos Energy Navigation of Greece places order at Hyundai Samho of South Korea for the construction of two suezmax tankers

Greek owner Nikolas Tsakos’ tanker unit Tsakos Energy Navigation (TEN) has recently placed an order at South Korean yard Hyundai Samho for the construction of two 158,000 dwt suezmax tankers. The vessels will be chartered to Chevron upon delivery in 2020. Currently Tsakos Energy Navigation (TEN) operates a fleet of 62 vessels comprising 60 tankers and two LNG carriers.
