Countries under Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries have been the traditional source of fuel for Philippines. With the increase in the global crude prices local prices are affected in Philippines. Due to this Philippines may consider to import cheaper petroleum products from the non OPEC members such as United States and Russia.
