25OCT2018 - NEWS - Mitsui OSK Lines decides to equip its 80 bulk carriers with energy saving service

Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) has recently confirmed a decision to equip 80 of its operated bulk carriers on a trial basis with a new energy-saving analysis service developed by Helsinki-based software company NAPA. The service, called NAPA Fleet Intelligence with Noon Report (NAPA FI), relies on information gained from vessel logs and the AIS, and analyses propulsion performance using NAPA’s engineering knowledge and data analysis.
