26DEC2017 - NEWS - West Texas Intermediate (WTI) Price Trend in 2017

West Texas Intermediate (WTI) is one of the grades of crude oil which serves as benchmark in oil Pricing. During the first couple of months of this year WTI was ranging almost above $50. Since March and following next around four months WTI reached to a bottom level around $42. After that OPEC, Russia and Other non OPEC members agreed to limit the production which resulted in increase of WTI Level. Increase in WTI Prices was also supported by UK North sea pipeline outage.
