JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our in-house brokers
• Follow up with ship-owners and charterers in the daily operation matters pertaining to the ocean transport of goods by sea

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
• 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.  Willing to provide training for those without.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communicational skills are required, especially with ship owners, cargo owners, ship brokers, etc
• Capability to work under pressure and able to adhere to tight deadlines
• Self-motived, positive attitude, keen, flexible and analytical mind
