Job description
As our new Office Manager in Panama, you will join a tight-knit team characterized by proactivity, collaboration and high energy.
You will play a vital role at the office and you will become an integral part of daily social life in the office with high focus on smile and joy at work.
It is important that you are motivated by an all-round role which connects all dots and make sure that the office runs smoothly in all aspects. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the office looks its absolute best to the finest detail at any time, and to be the first point of contact at our reception. You will ensure best-in-class service towards customers, suppliers and collaborators.
To possess this position, it is imperative that you enjoy helping other people and are willing to go that extra mile to deliver excellent service to internal as well as external stakeholders. Due to the dynamic and often hectic environment, it is furthermore important that you are a good team player and are able to perform under tight deadlines.
Areas of focus
- First point of contact at the reception including answering and forwarding of phone calls
- Coordinating office interior decor and maintenance
- Administration of lunch agreements
- Coordination of internal meetings
- Procurement of office stationery and refreshments
- Administration and coordination of cleaning services
- Event coordination
- Support Management on various tasks
- Ad hoc tasks
The ideal candidate - professional skills
- At least 3 years of experience within the field of administration
- Solid experience with IT (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in written/oral English and Spanish
