28JUN2018 - NEWS - IMO invites ISO to develop a standard for methanol as a marine fuel

International Maritime Organization (IMO) has recently invited ISO to develop a standard for methyl/ethyl alcohol as a marine fuel. Currently there are eight large vessels including seven tanker vessels and a a ro-pax ferry which uses methanol as fuel.
