29JUN2018 - NEWS - Crude oil tanker company Euronav now owns world’s last two ULCCs as it acquires Laura Lynn from Oceania Tanker Corporation

Euronav Tankers NV (Euronav) has recently acquired the ULCC Seaways Laura Lynn from Oceania Tanker Corporation. Oceania Tanker Corporation is a subsidiary of International Seaways. With this purchase deal,  Euronav now owns the only two remaining ULCCs in the world. Euronav renamed the ULCC as Oceania and registered it under the Belgian flag. Founded during 2003, Euronav is headquartered at Antwerp, Belgium.
