Antwerp Port Authority has recently revealed its new business plan to be ready for future. This business plan covers five strategic priorities including Sustainable growth, mobility, transition, safety & security and operational excellence which will be translated in projects. Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) department will support and ensure that these projects are carried out successfully.
