Job description 
Job Purpose:

Calculates, prepares, reviews and verifies all quantities, documents and forms relating to the shipment of product cargo and bunkers at Sitra Whart to ensure expeditious, efficient and accurate handling of cargo documentation in respoect of products exported and crude oil/refined products imported. 

Job Summary: 

Records and actions from faxes, telephone calls and correspondence received all shipping data related to cargo & bunkers and updates the relevant systems. 
Extracts, modifies, amends cargo nominaitions from Slates and ensures vessel particulars are available. 
Obtains vessel arrival report and bunker requirements to updates the Slates and "Statement of Facts". 
Obtains short tank gauges reading, test certificates in order to calculate Bill of Lading quantity for product loading which is compared to ship's figures, updating slates and preparing the related documents. 
Check and review all cargo documents before despach to customers. 
Check/calculate details of all product transfers and bunkers supplied in order to complete company documents. 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. MA in taxation a plus 
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting.
